Free Standart Shipping worldwide with FedEx. Free Express shipping with FedEx/ Dhl for all the orders above 800 shekels or ketubahs. We strive to process and ship all orders in a timely manner, working diligently to ensure that your items are on their way to you as soon as possible. Need to return something? Just let us know we will be happy to help and resolve any inquiry. There are no returns for customized items like ketubahs with names or date or any other custom order. Other items can be returned within 14 days of receiving them by the customer. The cost of return shipping and any possible fees will be paid by the customer. The refund will be received within 10 days of us receiving the item in its original condition without any damage. All the packages are shipped with DDU (Duty Delivered Unpaid) shipping.
