We are Shipping worldwide all our items with Dhl/ FedEx with tracking number.

Processing time:

We are trying to prepare and send our handmade creations as soon as possible. Please refer to the description of each item in order to understand the processing time of each creation. The processing time will be add to the shipping time. 

Shipping time:

When your order is ready to ship we are sending a notification to the customer with a shipping date and tracking number. We are offering to our customers Free standart shipping by FedEx (8-20 business days). For all the orders above 800 NIS or Ketubahs, we are offering Free Express shipping. Once the package leaves the studio, we are not responsible for any delays in shipping. However, we track each package and will be happy to help in any case.

Fees:

We are not responsible about any shipping fees from any kind. All the orders are shipped with DDU (Duty Delivery Unpaid). 

Tracking:

We will inform the customer by email/ whatsup when the order is shipped and join a tracking number of the package. 

Returns & Cancellations: 

We accept exchanges only in Israel.

We accept returns only 14 days from the day the buyer get the order. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and fees and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition. Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned. Our shop accepts order cancellations within 24 hours from the payment. Buyer is responsible for making requests within this time frame.

Anyway, before you request returns or cancellation, contact us we will be happy to help and resolve the problem as soon as possible. 

Custom items like ketubah with names or any other personalization couldn't be returned.
