Ketubah Jewish floral wedding "Four seasons" with gold leaf
This watercolor jewish ketubah was hand painted in my studio here in Israel. This floral ketubah is a representation of the four seasons which pass on us every year, and the new couple will pass together with harmony and peace. The Rabbi Eliyahu Dessler zt"l writes in the book Letter to Eliyahu (Chapter 2, pages 21 and 28) that time is fixed and stands in its place, and man is the one who enters into time - the time of the giving of the Torah is fixed in the wheel of time, and man enters into it and can receive all the virtues and influences that flow on this great day, as he prepared to get it. And this is his language: "We do not celebrate the holy festivals 'as a souvenir', but rather we return to their original content in them" - to the same sanctity of time that flows even now as it did then. The Torah is called the "bride" and God is the "groom." This is what is wished for the new couple through this painting, that they will feel every day like the wonderful day of their wedding.
This ketubah is printed on acid-free cotton matt paper 240 gr at a printing house that specializes in museum-quality giclee art printing. Gold and Rose gold leaf will be add by myself. To make this artwork a one of a kind piece, touch of colors will be add to the print.
