Duties, Taxes & Customs
We are not responsible for any taxes, customs fees, or additional charges that may be applied to the shipment or the item in the destination country.
International orders are shipped under DDU – Delivered Duty Unpaid, meaning duties, taxes, and customs fees are not prepaid and are the customer’s responsibility upon arrival.
However, in most cases our products fall under tariff codes that are exempt from duties, as they are original handmade items.
Returns
Products may be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.
A refund will be issued only for items returned in their original condition, without damage, signs of use, or alterations, and preferably in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected, and will be issued to the original payment method.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available within Israel only.
An exchange may be requested within 14 days from the date of delivery, provided the item is returned in its original, undamaged condition.
Shipping costs for exchanges (both ways) are the responsibility of the customer.
Personalized Items
Products made specifically for the customer — including items with names, inscriptions, addresses, selected text for the Ketubah, or any other form of personalization — cannot be returned or exchanged.
